Mary-Elaine Tynan (Dublin, Ireland) Volunteer 2006-2007
It was a privilege for me to work at St. Jude's. I feel like I am a part of something which will change the lives of Tanzanians. Education really is the key to changing Africa, so that it can become self-sufficient. I have the greatest respect for Gemma and how the school is run and the results are already visible. I hope that one day there will be more schools like this.
