What you’ll do
  • Implement the school’s brand style guide: Ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Create visual concepts and designs: Develop engaging materials for various platforms.
  • Produce high-quality graphic content: Use design software for print and digital graphics.
  • Ensure timely response to creative requests: Prioritize and deliver designs promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet objectives: Work closely to support goals and projects.
  • Improve effectiveness of marketing through design: Understand the impact of layout on conversion and key metrics of digital marketing
What we’re looking for
  • A certificate, diploma or degree in Graphic Design or relevant design field.
  • This is an entry-level position, and applicants with limited experience or those fresh from university are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, MS Office.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Swahili.
  • Strong desire to learn, try new things, and problem-solve.
  • Some experience with CMS such as WordPress and email marketing systems such as BeePro or Mailchimp
