At St Jude’s, we believe that nurturing creativity is essential to developing well-rounded, empowered students. Since the launch of our Student Art Program in 2022, art has become a vital part of our holistic approach to education. It helps students think differently, unlock their imagination, opening the door to fresh ways of problem-solving – both in the classroom and in their everyday lives.
Amani, a 2024 Form 6 graduate, is one of the many talented artists who has honed his talent to explore his creativity through the program. He discovered a passion and ability for art during his time at St Jude’s, finding that creative expression enriched his academic experience. Now, through the
Community Service Year (CSY) Program, Amani is giving back - volunteering to mentor young students and providing support in the school’s art gallery. With a full scholarship to study medicine ahead of him, his story is a powerful reminder that academic achievement and artistic growth can go hand in hand.
