Mr Elibariki has been an inspiration at St Jude's for more than ten years, teaching business studies with unmatched passion and dedication. But teaching is just the tip of his awesomeness iceberg!
His early life was shaped by the agricultural lessons he learned from his mother. Picture this: young Elibariki raising pigs and cows and diving into coffee production to support his education. Talk about hustle! This early grind instilled in him a great work ethic and a thirst for knowledge.
Today, he's not just teaching Economics and Commerce; he's also the lead mentor of the Entrepreneurship Club. His passion for agriculture remains strong, and he's all about sharing that enthusiasm with his students. Imagine learning business management and innovation from someone who walks the talk!
Balancing teaching, running businesses, and mentoring isn't easy, but Mr. Elibariki nails it with planning, time management, commitment, and passion. His secret sauce? A deep love for sharing knowledge and experiences. He's all about shaping the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs.
His advice? "Find your passion, research thoroughly, connect with industry folks, and plan smartly. Start saving and investing now!" He recalls alumni Emmanuel Class of 2020 , who started a booming potato business thanks to his inspiration and guidance.
Mr. Elibariki's story isn't just about teaching. It's about inspiring dreams and showing that with passion and perseverance, anything is possible.
