Genia joined The School of St Jude in 2014 at the age of 8. She is part of the Nyiha tribe, an ethnic and linguistic group based in south-western Tanzania and north-eastern Zambia. The Nyiha are traditionally weavers, ironworkers, hunters, and some own cattle,
goats, and poultry. They grow cash crops such as maize, millet, and coffee.
Her favourite subject is Art, and she dreams of becoming an animator
