Credit Card Update

If you need to update your credit card details, please follow these steps.

1. Login

Make sure you are logged in. Login using your username and password. If you don't remember your username or password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

2. Go to “Update Payment Details”

From your supporter dashboard, look at the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on “Update Payment Details” (highlighted by the arrow). This will take you to the page where you can view and manage your saved payment methods.

3. Click “Add Payment Method”

On the Update Payment Details page, you will see your existing payment method listed (if you have one).
Click the “Add Payment Method” button (indicated by the arrow) to begin adding a new credit or debit card.

4. Update payment details

Then click on the ‘Update Payment Details’ button.

4. Enter Your Card Details

Fill in the card details form by entering:

• Card number
• Expiration date (MM/YY)
• Security code (CVC)
• Country

Once all details are entered correctly, click “Add Payment Method” to save your new payment information. Your card will then be securely stored and used for future payments.

5. Enter card details

Enter your card details and click 'Confirm and Pay'. Note that there is no charge in this process this is just updating your card.

6. Complete

That's it. You'll be presented with a thank you page which confirms your card is updated.
