Update Credit Card

Credit Card Update

If you need to update your credit card details, please follow these steps.

1. Login

Login using your username and password. If you don't remember your username or password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
Click here to login to your account.

2. My Sponsorship

Once you've logged in, whether you have a monthly donation or a sponsorship, navigate to the 'My Sponsorship' tab.

3. Once in "My sponsorship" tab

You will see a the current active sponsorship. Click on the ‘Change Payment’ button.

4. Update payment details

Then click on the ‘Update Payment Details’ button.

4. Use new credit card

You'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to select 'Use a new credit card' and continue by clicking 'Change payment method'.

5. Enter card details

Enter your card details and click 'Confirm and Pay'. Note that there is no charge in this process this is just updating your card.

6. Complete

That's it. You'll be presented with a thank you page which confirms your card is updated.
