Dorcas joined The School of St Jude in 2016 at the age of 8. She is from the Chaga tribe, a Bantu ethnic group native to the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania.
She dreams of becoming a professional chef, using her passion for cooking to create memorable dining experiences and share her creativity through food
