How can I update my credit card details?
  1. Login using your username and password. If you don’t remember your username or password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Click here to login to your account.
  2. Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the ‘My Sponsorship’ tab.
  3. You will see a list of your current subscriptions, click the 'view' button on the sponsorship or recurring donation you need to update.
  4. Then click on the ‘Update Payment Details’ button.
  5. You’ll be taken to a screen where you’ll need to select ‘Use a new credit card’ and continue by clicking ‘Change payment method’.
  6. Enter your card details and click ‘Confirm and Pay’. Note that there is no payment in this process this is just updating your card.
  7. That’s it. You’ll be presented with a thank you page which confirms your card is updated. If you have any trouble please contact our Accounts Team vis email at accounts@schoolofstjude.co.tz and they will assist you. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What payment methods does St Jude’s accept?
Payments made in Australian Dollars
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cheque and direct deposit.

Payments made in United States Dollars
Check, credit card or wire transfer via The American Friends of The School of St Jude.

Payments made in British Pounds
Cheque, debit or credit card, standing order or internet banking through Liverpool Charity and Volunteer Services.

Payments made in New Zealand Dollars
Cheque or direct deposit through Rotary New Zealand World Community Services (RNZWCS).

Other currencies
Our Visa, MasterCard and PayPal facilities accept payments from internationally issued credit cards. Payments will be processed in Australian Dollars and your financial institution may charge a currency conversion fee.
How do I pay by cheque or direct deposit in Australian Dollars?

The School of St Jude accepts personal, business and bank cheques. We encourage Australian residents to register their cheque payment through our website.

Please include your full name in the transaction reference. Also please email
accounts@schoolofstjude.co.tz to advise the date and amount of the transaction. Both of these actions help us to identify payments into the NAB account and to allocate the money correctly.

The School of St Jude accepts direct deposits into our Australian bank account. A direct deposit can be made through Internet banking, phone banking or local bank branch. We encourage Australian residents to register their direct deposit payment through our website.
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
All payments made in Australia are tax deductible and we have tax deductible options for the US and other countries. Read more about international tax deductibility for countries other than Australia.
