Turn your idea into impact by hosting your own fundraiser. For every AU$1 raised, AU$0.97 goes directly back to the school — making a real, measurable impact. Fundraising is easier than you think, and there’s no limit to how creative you can be. Explore ideas on how to fundraise for us — we’ll provide posters, presentations and practical tools to support you along the way.

What people are saying

  • St Judes really does love visitors. We were well looked after and kept busy with school and other activities all arranged by the efficient S Judes admin staff and carried out by the respectful student guides, hospitality staff, drivers, cooks and others. If you can visit, do so. If you can't visit, rest assured that your donor money is being well used at this inspirational school that really is " fighting poverty through education''.

Such a wonderful opportunity to visit this amazing community. We were met with great enthusiasm by everyone there - staff and students. The value of education is high and much appreciated by all the students. We were made to feel valued and very much at home for the three days we spent at the school. Meeting Gemma Sisa was a highlight along with the bright and welcoming students in each campus we visited. This is a truly memorable experience that is very rewarding.
    - Margaret F
  • We had a full program which included classes with various age groups, home visits to families of the students, tours of the 3 campuses including a farm project and much more. We were assigned a person who looked after us who arranged transport, gifts for the families and much more.
To really get up close and experience the way of life for some in Africa, this is a humbling and wonderful experience.
    - Cathy W
We spent graduation week in the school. It has been the most beautiful, inspiring, uplifting experience. I have laughed and shared meals with the children. Sometimes overcome with incredible stories of poverty and the strength of intelligent young men and women to get an education and pull their families and communities out of poverty.
I would strongly recommend to visit The school of St Jude’s website and maybe one day Arusha. It is a positive story amidst a world of negativity. Give your heart a hug ! X
